Brian Kosek is a classically trained cellist whose 30+ years of musical discipline now echo through the halls of organizational strategy and transformation. Once performing on stage, he now conducts the symphony of people, processes, and purpose within businesses of all sizes.
Currently serving as a Technology Knowledge Manager with a focus on leadership, ways of working, technology competency, and big picture vision, Brian brings a rare blend of technical fluency, strategic foresight, and emotional intelligence to client interactions. Holding both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certifications — with other advanced HR and Change Management certifications on the horizon since he is always learning — he specializes in orchestrating scalable change, advancing equity, and aligning processes and culture with business outcomes.
